Master of Customs Administration, Law and Policy (MCA)

The Master of Customs Administration (MCA) is a postgraduate course offered by the University of Münster which takes place each year. The course combines practical and theoretical knowledge in customs policy, law and administration. It is targeted at customs practitioners in the public and private sectors. The course was founded in 2005 and is recognized and supported by the World Customs Organization and the International Network of Customs Universities. WCO Recognition

On the 26th January 2010, the Secretary-General of the WCO awarded Münster University a certificate confirming that the Master of Customs Administration meets the PICARD professional standards established by the International Network of Customs Universities. These standards form part of the WCO Picard Programme and provide common development standards aimed at raising the professional standing of customs senior and middle management.
