Prof. Wolffgang delivers presentation at ICC-Seminar in Frankfurt
On the 12th of June 2017, the seminar "Financing and hedging of international deals: Legal requirements, validity and form of sanction clauses", which was hosted by the International Chamber of Commerce Germany, took place in Frankfurt.
Prof. Wolffgang delivered a presentation on the topic "Range and sustainability of anti-boycott regulations" and participated in a plenary discussion regarding the topic "Contractual wording of sanction clauses".
