Professor Wolffgang holds an interview in ZDF’s “Heute Journal”
Professor Wolffgang recently held an interview on the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (“T-TIP”) that is currently being negotiated between the EU and USA. This provides for a dispute settlement procedure between investors and states. He stated that the EU had to ensure that the arbitration procedure was both transparent and compliant with the rule of law and democratic principles.
